With Bornitz, Zielconcept is planning an office complex optimally geared to modern requirements on a property of 6.000m2.
Hoyer Architects Berlin have designed an individual multi-purpose use of the building, which enables efficient work processes in a progressive atmosphere. In addition to the green main building, the property is to be established as a meeting place for employees and can be used as an outdoor workspace in summer.
The planned usable area is around 18,000 m² and the building permit is expected in spring 2023.
THE LOCATION
Located close to Frankfurter Allee on the border of Friedrichshain, Lichtenberger Bornitzstrasse is the site of our flagship office development. The area known as "Berlin Eastside" is already one of the city’s largest commercial areas, with more than 15 business parks and over 2.500 companies. "Berlin Eastside" is an area of growing economic importance.
