The first property of Zielconcept in Berlin. Located in Berlin-Mitte, Zielconcept designed a light-flooded residential building orientated towards the idyllic Arkonaplatz.

 

THE LOCATION

The much loved Arkonaplatz in Berlin-Mitte is one of Berlin's hidden jewels. In the immediate vicinity of Zionskirchplatz, Kastanienallee and Rosenthaler Platz, Arkonaplatz still has a peaceful tranquility. Small cafes, restaurants and well-stocked health food stores characterize the area.

THE OBJECT

Inspired by the neighborhood and the adjacent Arkonaplatz, we created a concept for a residential building which integrates itself into the fabric of the area.
