Each of the 28 apartments of ZIEL Boyenstraße is designed to cater to the individuality of its residents. The apartments range in size vom from 80 to 300 square meters, offering a variety fo different layouts and features. The Berlin-based Deluse Architects have created this haven of individuality, combining it with a sense of community within the shared garden and play areas.

Our spacious, bright apartments are fitted out with solid oak parquet flooring, wood-frame windows and fixtures of the highest quality. Our concept is to offer a minimalist neutral space, in which each resident can express his oder her individuality.
