12 derelict buildings abandoned in 1989, spread over 10.000m²: What should be done with this piece of German history?
Our approach was to prepare this site for a new-found splendor retaining as much of its unique character as possible. We performed a thorough decontamination, preserving all elements of architectural value. With this new lease on life the property was now ready for redevelopment.
